Please Do some more research Daniel. Yes Molten salt reactors do have a small component of waste. But this waste has a life of around 100 years. Dont forget Daniel that version has changed several times since 1901 so it is NOT the current Constitution. There have been 44 attempts to change it an 8 were successful.
